1. TRIBUNALE DI PESCARA \u2013 TIROCINI FORMATIVI ART. 73 DL 21.06.13<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Si trasmette in allegato il <\/span><\/strong>bando<\/span><\/strong> per la presentazione di domande dirette allo svolgimento di un periodo di 18 mesi di formazione teorico-pratica presso il Tribunale di Pescara, ex art. 73 del DL 69\/13\u00a0 <\/span>conv. in L. 09.08.2013 n. 98. <\/span><\/strong>Saranno a<\/span>mmessi allo stage <\/span><\/strong>20 partecipanti.<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

Si segnala che il termine del 15 maggio 2014 previsto nel bando,<\/span><\/strong> \u00e8 stato prorogato,\u00a0 <\/span>con provvedimento del Presidente del Tribunale del 09.05.14, al 10 giugno 2014.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La partecipazione allo stage<\/em> \u00e8 prevista anche per coloro che svolgano contestualmente la pratica forense. <\/span><\/p>\n

A tal fine, <\/span>il COA di Pescara ha sottoscritto con il Tribunale apposita <\/span><\/strong>convenzione<\/span><\/strong> per disciplinare le modalit\u00e0 di svolgimento del tirocinio da parte di coloro che, in possesso dei requisiti previsti dalla norma, <\/span><\/strong>siano anche iscritti al Registro dei Praticanti<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

L’esito positivo dello stage<\/em> sar\u00e0 valutato per il periodo di un anno ai fini del compimento della pratica forense (art. 73 co. 13 Dl 69\/13 e art. 9 Convenzione). \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
