P. 247\/12 e 15 CDF, si comunica che, in conformit\u00e0 del vigente Regolamento CNF per la formazione continua, <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">NON<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">\u00c8 RICHIESTA LA PRESENTAZIONE DELL\u2019AUTOCERTIFICAZIONE<\/strong> <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">relativa ai crediti conseguiti <\/strong><\/span><\/span><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; color: navy; font-size: 10pt;\"> <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">su domanda dell\u2019iscritto che provi l\u2019avvenuto adempimento dell\u2019obbligo formativo, e previa verifica della effettivit\u00e0 dell\u2019adempimento,<\/strong><\/span><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; color: navy; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;\"> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">potr\u00e0 essere rilasciato l\u2019attestato di formazione continua<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;
