TRIBUNALE DI PESCARA \u2013 BANDO TIROCINIO FORMATIVO EX ART 73 DL 69\/13<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\">Si trasmette in allegato il bando del Tribunale di Pescara (disponibile anche sul sito: http:\/\/tribunale.pescara.it\/) per la selezione di candidati al tirocinio formativo di cui all\u2019art. 73 DL 69\/2013, conv. con modifiche dalla L. 98\/2013. (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ordineavvocatipescara.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/BANDO-TIROCINIO-FORMATIVO-TR-PE.pdf\">CLICCA QUI<\/a>)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\">La partecipazione allo stage \u00e8 consentita anche a coloro che svolgano contestualmente la pratica forense. A tal fine, il COA di Pescara ha sottoscritto con il Tribunale, in data 04.04.2014, apposita convenzione per disciplinare le modalit\u00e0 di svolgimento del tirocinio da parte degli <strong>iscritti al Registro dei Praticanti<\/strong> in possesso dei requisiti previsti dalla norma.
