RECUPERO CREDITI FORMATIVI ANNO 2020<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Si informano gli iscritti che il COA, nella seduta del 07.01.2021, ha deliberato di ritenere <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">valida ai fini del recupero dei crediti relativi all\u2019anno 2020<\/span><\/strong> la partecipazione ad eventi formativi <u><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">s<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">ino alla data del 31 marzo 2021<\/span><\/strong><\/u>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">3.FORMAZIONE CONTINUA\/2 \u2013 DELIBERA CNF ANNO FORMATIVO 2021<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Si trasmette in allegato la delibera CNF 18.12.2020 n. 310 relativa all\u2019obbligo formativo 2021 <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ordineavvocatipescara.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/DELIBERA-CNF-n.-310-del-18-12-2020-FORMAZIONE-CONTINUA.pdf\">CLICCA QUI<\/a> <\/span><\/strong>, con la quale il Consiglio Nazionale Forense, considerato il perdurare dell\u2019emergenza Covid, ha disposto:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">che l\u2019anno 2021 non venga conteggiato ai fini del triennio formativo (<em>come gi\u00e0 previsto per l\u2019anno 2020 con delibera CNF 20.3.2020 n. 168<\/em>)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">che l\u2019<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">obbligo formativo 2021<\/span><\/strong> venga adempiuto mediante il conseguimento, <u>anche integralmente in modalit\u00e0 FAD<\/u>, di <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">n.\u00a0 15 CF di cui 3 in materia obbligatoria<\/span><\/strong>, eventualmente compensabili, anche sino a copertura totale, con i crediti acquisiti nell\u2019anno 2020 <u>in esubero<\/u> rispetto al minimo annuale stabilito (<em>per l\u2019anno 2020 n. 5 CF di cui 2 in mat. obbligatoria<\/em>). \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 Lettera informativa n. 3\/21 del 13.01.2021 &nbsp;
