CNF<em>. Fanno eccezione le sole iscrizioni deliberate nel 2021 su istanze presentate nel 2020, soggette all\u2019obbligo.)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">I REQUISITI per la permanenza 2022\u00a0 sono:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><u>10 udienze nell\u2019anno 2021<\/u><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> va selezionata la corrispondente DICHIARAZIONE: \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #0000ff;\">di essere in possesso del requisito della comprovata esperienza in materia penale per aver partecipato, nel medesimo anno cui la richiesta si riferisce, ad <strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">almeno 10 udienze<\/span><\/strong>. Inoltre dichiara che le udienze non sono state di mero rinvio n\u00e9 cd. di smistamento (e cio\u00e8 quelle udienze nelle quali non sono state svolte questioni preliminari, o in mancanza di queste, non \u00e8 stato aperto il dibattimento<\/span><\/em><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #0000ff;\">)<\/span><\/em><\/span>\u201d <\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\">e NON <\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\">quella relativa alla riduzione a 5 udienze, non prevista per l\u2019anno 2021,<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">e<u> nr. 5 crediti conseguiti nell\u2019anno 2020, 2 dei quali in mat. obbligatoria<\/u> <\/span><\/strong>a norma dell\u2019art. 16, co.1, lett. c), Reg.
