29.11.2021<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">1.ESPERTI DELLA COMPOSIZIONE NEGOZIATA DELLA CRISI D\u2019IMPRESA \u2013 CORSO DI FORMAZIONE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><em>La composizione negoziata per la soluzione della crisi d\u2019impresa, di cui al D.L. n. 118\/21 conv. con mod. dalla L. n. 147\/21, prevede la costituzione, presso le Camere di Commercio di ciascun capoluogo di regione, di un<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> Elenco degli esperti<\/span><\/strong> con il compito di agevolare le trattative tra l\u2019imprenditore, i creditori ed eventuali altri soggetti interessati, al fine di individuare una soluzione per il superamento delle condizioni di squilibrio patrimoniale o economico-finanziario che rendono probabile la crisi o l\u2019insolvenza, anche mediante il trasferimento dell\u2019azienda. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><u>REQUISITI<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Possono essere inseriti nell\u2019Elenco, tra gli altri, gli <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">iscritti da almeno cinque anni all\u2019Albo degli Avvocati<\/span><\/strong> che:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">a) documentano di aver maturato precedenti esperienze nel campo della ristrutturazione aziendale e della crisi d\u2019impresa, e\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">b) sono in possesso della specifica formazione di cui all\u2019art. 3, c. 4, del d.l. n. 118\/2021 e al d. dir. del Ministero della Giustizia del 28 settembre 2021.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><u>FORMAZIONE<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Ai fini del conseguimento del <strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">requisito di specifica formazione<\/span><\/strong> di cui alla lettera che precede, \u00e8 stato organizzato il <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Corso per <em>ESPERTI DELLA COMPOSIZIONE NEGOZIATA DELLA CRISI D\u2019IMPRESA<\/em><\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Il Corso, della durata di 57 ore, si terr\u00e0 <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">su piattaforma Zoom dal 6 dicembre al 10 febbraio 2022. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">CREDITI FORMATIVI: <em>\u00e8 in corso la procedura di accreditamento presso il CNF.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">INFO E ISCRIZIONI: Fondazione Forum Aterni<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span
