dall\u2019Assemblea dell\u2019Osservatorio sulla Giustizia del Tribunale di Pescara nella seduta del 25.06.2024.\u00a0<a justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Si segnala in particolare che, a seguito della modifica al termine relativo all\u2019aggiornamento annuale dell\u2019elenco di cui all\u2019art. 3, co. 2, del Protocollo, l\u2019Assemblea ha deliberato, nella medesima seduta, di \u201c<strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><em>prorogare il termine in scadenza al 30 giugno p.v., fissando quindi il nuovo termine per la presentazione al COA delle domande di inserimento al 31 gennaio di ogni anno<\/em><\/span><\/strong><em>, e quello di trasmissione dal COA al Presidente del Tribunale al 20 febbraio di
